I walk to work every day because…….

The laboratory is located quite close to where I live despite the main work site being on the outskirts of the city 🌆

I enjoy my walk. I can leave my car parked at home, safe, and get my exercise in stretching my legs on the walk. I do yoga exercises when I get up each day, centering myself, and then I walk the twenty minutes I have to and get to the work place.

Yes there are times it takes longer, like this morning, but I am never late. I start at eight thirty every morning and I mostly finish at four thirty, since I don’t really take the normal lunchtime break.

The car will last longer that way....and so will you! Exercise is good both for physical and mental wellbeing.
