how i come up with my wonderfoul idea about worship the superiors in the workplace

my delightful point at the base of this idea is that commonly , superbe bosses are considered assholes with no right to behave in that superbe way , but i wondered , why if instead there are case when it is totally justified and so it is right to suck it up with some serious sense of humiliation and humility ? with the superior that stand there mocking the humble employee that is adoring her\him , with this idea in mind i started to suggest everything i point out in my posts
