Do you take easier tasks at work first to build momentum or the most difficult ones to get them out of the way?

I never paid much attention to what I did at work. I was always paid the least I could possibly be paid, so I felt it was my duty as an American to do the least I could possibly do. Put in my time and went home and got my paycheck.
