Union vote is moving forward at work

Kinda of fun to see how panicked management is. They thought giving us three sicks days a year and new showers (that are constantly broken and leaking) would be enough to change our minds. "Union bad! We won't give you- we mean, we aren't allowed to give you raises until we have a contract!" Just lovely.

Of course, when they rejected the first bid because the union didn't have enough support, they didn't think the national board would approve it within an hour, so... yeah, fun. Odds are we won't be the last non-union facility the company owns soon.
