A loud crack..like a bolt of lightning.

Glad I wasnt up there taking sunrise pictures this morning. Shorted to ground on the tower, huge arc flash and boom!! And then a phase arc rolling down the wires to the switchyard blowing insulators off each tower as it went past.
Will be a few days before we make any electricity again.

@Musicman They wont let us play with the big voltage wiring and stuff. We just get to make the electricity. The mill electricians will fix it. They're already plotting and planning.
