@bhatjc It depends on their contact and job.Salaried may get no extra pay.Hourly get overtime.Here in Britain minimum wage laws apply.If a manager consistently wants to hold weekend meeting they are very tine inefficient.New laws being proposed here include the right to disconnect from work.
