as a dominant lady employer who want the employees to worship her feet

what make you afraid to take the initiative ? i ask because there are some lady employers who succesfully took the initiative , but there are a lot of lady employers that have too much insecurity and it prevent them to try something , and without an adoring employee who take the initiative , nothing happen at all , so what's your insecurity ?
