Should I Take A Job In Kansas On A Farm?

I did not get a job as jailer here in town where I live but I did get an offer to move to Kansas with my cousins and work on farm. I have never done that kind of thing before but need a good job with decent pay. What would you do?

If I didn't have ties keeping me where I was, I'd go to the farm.
