It's a job, might as well. It's not a bad state to live in, just remember that it's very spread out

If nothing else is available, consider it a stepping stone. Learn what you can from it, save what you can, see if you can enter a trade school after this. Its certainly cheaper than college. You can pay off the loan faster and get a decent job, maybe eventually open your own biz.

Why not try to get a job indoors with heat and air conditioning? Working on a farm sounds tedious and uncomfortable.
