first of all you can offer yourself to massage the shoulders and\or the feet of your boss, when you are asked about why you will simply tell the truth , that as an employee you would be delighted to do that for your superior , that so long as it does't harm your health in any way you can go for some little things that are a bit humiliating in order to make your superior feel adored , once your boss accept that then you can also ask if it would allow you to massage feet with your tongue and lips , of course make sure to specify that you aren't trying to do that in order to get some kind of advantage
