Why do jobs conduct multiple interviews?
Phone screening; video interview; in person interview, why not do everything at once?? 🙄🙄

I think it should depend on the job if honest and what it entails
Weve had some really crap analyst's in but we do one interview so i asked whether it would be worth doing a aptitude test for part of it. But i think more so because a lot say they can use excel but they only know the autosum function lol
