Why do jobs conduct multiple interviews?
Phone screening; video interview; in person interview, why not do everything at once?? 🙄🙄

An inperson interview lasts one or two days, as the candidate meets with members of the department,with administrators, students, and gives a presentation of their work.
Years ago, we used to select candidates to invite for site visits without doing a preliminary video interview.( For one thing, the technology wasn't there yet.) It was very costly, time intensive, and inefficient.
