Why do jobs conduct multiple interviews?
Phone screening; video interview; in person interview, why not do everything at once?? 馃檮馃檮

Because when they went into outlook to schedule the interview they saw that all three people wanting to interview you were not available at the same time that week.
Also often in larger companies the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing.
They don't care if it is organized for you because they have a mindset that you are lucky to even be talked to. They only care if it suits them.
