Fulltime remote job that pays lesser or a job with hybrid-setup, 2 days at home and 3 days in the office, where you would travel for 2-3 hours (with traffic) and pays 40% higher than fulltime homebased one?

I did the latter for 12 years when I was young and fit. Some days going to work as early as 3.30am and didn't get home till 9-10pm. Now that I am old I work about 10 minutes from my house.
