What would you choose?

Fulltime remote job that pays lesser or a job with hybrid-setup, 2 days at home and 3 days in the office, where you would travel for 2-3 hours (with traffic) and pays 40% higher than fulltime homebased one?

All depends on what does lesser mean. If I could afford everything I need and be able to save something too, I'd take the remote job.
2-3 hours in traffic is really a lot.
