This is beyond sadness... In my previous post, I narrated about not receiving a bonus, for the first time in years...well, it's gotten worse, Yesterday, I received an email memo of being removed from a premium position... I was demoted, so lower salary the worst, my client rating was very low, hence few bookings this morning, I only got 3 clients out of 7 slots. I'm frozen, I still drag myself to turn on my computer and work.
But in my mind, I need to end my agony. It's been four years... Yet, I feel frustrated and lack motivation to start over again. (big sigh)

Up until 2020, I thought I was a lifer where I was....then bean counters came in and ruined everything. It's not the first time it happened. So now, I keep my resume updated and my ear to the ground.
