This is beyond sadness... In my previous post, I narrated about not receiving a bonus, for the first time in years...well, it's gotten worse, Yesterday, I received an email memo of being removed from a premium position... I was demoted, so lower salary the worst, my client rating was very low, hence few bookings this morning, I only got 3 clients out of 7 slots. I'm frozen, I still drag myself to turn on my computer and work.
But in my mind, I need to end my agony. It's been four years... Yet, I feel frustrated and lack motivation to start over again. (big sigh)

I will say this as much as you hate it dont quit till you have back up and if you have not already see if there is someone in hr that you can speak to about this
