What is your favorite shift to work? Mornings? Mids? Nights? Overnights?

I work nights due to the nature of my job but i like mornings best

That’s difficult. 🤔
I’m a night owl, but when I worked graveyard shift, I wasn’t tired immediately when I got home, and sleeping with daylight was just weird. The best I could manage was 9am to 5pm and forcing myself to go to bed by 11 pm.
