Are these things you'd get annoyed or angry with too?

The owners of the hotel I've been at for 10 years are about to drive me out of here again. They spy on us so much, that it's become a sickness with them. They are so obsessed they are driving theirself crazy with any and everything we do. They constantly watch the camers, they break into our computer, they drive by the hotel. The thing is, they trust all of us and have known us for a long time. Now, every week, almost every day there is some new rule that pops up that's never been a problem in the past. Also some contradicting things. Even though they want us to do all the laundry and detail the whole hotel and be away from the desk all the time, they complain if we aren't at the desk, but if we are at the desk too much, they complain about that too. For the 10 years I have been here, we have always had signs to put up if we are away from the desk so customers will at least know we stepped away. Today, they threw all those away and said we can't put signs up. Lina, the wife used to lie compulsively, but then would accuse everyone and even guests of lying all the time when they weren't. Something else that makes me mad is they jump to conclusions instead of asking what went on. They used to never pay time and half for overtime, now they do, only because a previous employee brought it up. But they give us the difference in cash. There's more things, this is only the half of it
