UPSIDE-DOWN MARGARITA
This is a popular sales gimmick in bars in the U.S.A., but is virtually unknown in Britain. Time-consuming, but is sure to raise a laugh!
PREPARATION:
Sit the victim on a bar stool with a bib round his/her neck, with the head tilted right back and throat closed to prevent swallowing.
METHOD:
Into the open mouth of the victim, straight from the bottle, pour: 1 measure (approx) of Tequila, 1 measure (approx) of Cointreau and 1 measure (approx) of Lime Juice. The victim then shakes the head vigorously with mouth closed and swallows.
CHEAT’S TIP:
A pinch of salt is an optional extra but I accept no responsibility for the consequences.
