Any possibility of being part time for the coaching and keeping your main?
KatieKate95 · 26-30, F
@AuRevoir I don’t think the hours would work out. Good idea though!

Princessjen · 22-25, F
Its not about the money do what makes you happy. You can always go back to other job. Good luck in whatever you decide.

@Princessjen thank you! You’re so sweet!

@Princessjen not about the money? Go tell that to the power company, landlord and your cell provider. You will find out fast it is about the money.

Can you afford to live on what the cheerleading job pays? If so, maybe do that? You know what you want more from life. A lot of people take lower paying jobs for various reasons. Will you have more time to spend outside of work, or will you care working at that job? Only you know what you want.
Why give up a full time job with good benefits for a part time coaching job

Go for it if you want the coach job and if you think you’ll enjoy it

I would stay with the steady job. Cheerleading season is over till school starts back up

How much do you like money?
If the lesser money can maintain your lifestyle and goals, then go for being happy. But, if it's going to put you in a bind then you will be miserable at that too and resent the coaching job.

Go with your heart. I can tell you from experience, being in a job you hate makes your life miserable. I have taken a pay cut to be happier and I never regretted it
