Is this true?

I overheard my black coworker saying that white people don't become managers where we work because they get too stressed out. 😂 Then I asked him what he meant and he said white people say "yes" too much and overwhelm themselves.

Look, I'm not about white guilt or anything but I gotta say, what he said is true about me at least. I can't say "no" to people.
