Communication Issue

I like my boss, he's a good guy... but we have some sort of communication issue, and I'm not sure anything can be done about it... 😔

Like I'll start to say something, or maybe he'll let me finish and he'll either hear something else... or make a large assumptions and that's not what I was trying to say.

Like, we're just not on the same verbal wavelength or something... 😔 and what I'm trying to express is not what he's picking up...

When I had lunch duty at our local district school, I always found it interesting to watch the great social dynamics of teens. Take for instance.....lunch. The strategy seemed to be that if you had enough people packed in around you filling all the seats, the people you really didn't wish to suffer were forced to find another table.

I'm merely saying.....
