Why are there so many people who have never been in customer service?

Customer service involves like 80% of common jobs and yet it also seems like 80% of people have never been in customer service just by the way they act. You know what I mean. Those people you listen to and think, "This person has no idea how any of this works like they've never been in a grocery store before."

@LilPrincess Thank you. I dread every time I have to tell a customer they have an oil leak. They get all suspicious and say, "Well I didn't have an oil leak last time." Yeah, that's how time works. 😂
