It's Been a Horrible Night at Work

I've been harassed non-stop by two intoxicated guests, my glasses fell apart, I've had to leave the desk six times (not supposed to, as I work alone) to fix stuff that the maintenance man lied about fixing. I've had to put eight rooms out of order because he failed to do his job. I couldn't change their rooms because we're sold out, so a refund was the only option. My manager has to guide me through it, as I'm not authorized to do so. When she finally answered the phone, she was also intoxicated. I've had to deal with a lot of angry people tonight, most of whom act like children. I'm getting sick of this job.
