Just finished my Equality, Diversity and whatnot training at work.

I think Ive decided it’s safest not to speak or take an interest in colleagues ever again in case they or a third party find a reason to claim discrimination.

The clincher is the statement that - there is no clear definition as to what is unacceptable banter, as this is subjective to the persons involved.

Well. Got a mortgage to pay, can’t be taking risks like being happy.

It's quite honestly getting ridiculous.

The problem is, even if you avoid any 'banter' you can get a reputation for being standoffish and unpleasant to work with.

@Whodunnit i mean there other pleasantries other than banter. Like hobbies etc. We cant help who we work with. Or who people employ. nothing nice to say then i suggest they shut the fuck up until theyre with people who are like-minded
