Why is my job too easy?
I’m in engineering, and I thought that work should be extremely hard but it’s too easy to the point that you don’t work more than 1-2h a day. And most of the work is something anyone can do.
Anyone with a similar experience?

Are you new to the job? Either they are overwhelmed and dont have the time to show you how to get things done, they dont trust you yet enough to give you much real work, they're testing you out to see how your work ethic is, or they're winding down, preparing to let you go. Purely guessing.
