Why is my job too easy?
I’m in engineering, and I thought that work should be extremely hard but it’s too easy to the point that you don’t work more than 1-2h a day. And most of the work is something anyone can do.
Anyone with a similar experience?

It depends on where you work and what your position is. I'm in R&D so it's pretty constant. Plus we're understaffed so i cover a lot of different things and I've been here many years so i get asked a lot of questions.
