Its gotten so weird at work

So the manager is caping the amount of girls to get booked in every night , meaning they are only allowing so many to come in one night , which makes sense. But the weird part is they are constally hiring every girl who auditions and we have had over 15 new girls in around two weeks. And they are still looking for new girls. Its only an small club at that. We have more girls than customers most nights as its gotten that bad. Most of the girls who have been there for over an year havent came back because of that. We are all mad about it. Two nights ago , the manager had ago at all the girls for not making money , there wasnt enough customers ,yet they keep hiring more girls and then wonder why most arent making much money. Also , so many of the girls are on their last warnings , some for the stupidest of reasons , yet they are some of the top earners. I feel like if the mangement isnt careful , they are going to ruin their own business , and the club might close down. Its an world famous club at that , its such an shame how they have chosen to run things , it used to be really good.
