I hate how our superiors undermine us so we never feel good about ourselves and

Always have to walk on egg shells around them. It is extremely exhausting. I'm not in the good booms of a certain superior right now and it is mentally affecting me. I'm trying to do some leisure reading but my mind is wandering.
