It's already a challenge enough just being a store associate and having multiple customers ask me for help, one after another, when I already have shit to do. Don't get me wrong, I still suck it up and help them because they're not doing anything wrong. But being a manager, you have customers, associates, and partners all asking you for help while you have even more shit to do, and then even when you're off the clock, you still get texts and emails.

Mad respect to anyone who signs up for a managerial job anywhere. You have to have Shaolin Monk patience for that.
