First meeting with new Manager

And... d@mn... he is so much more darn freaking detailed than all my other managers, that I soooooo freaking wasn't prepared for the meeting and I got absolutely slaughtered! 😫


That being said... I feel like he has more common sense than other managers I've had, and I think, after I adjust to his methods and ways (which might take some time), that I'll be in a much much better place and have more clear direction of where I'm going with my work. 👍

And he absolutely saw that some of my issues where based on the extremely questionable decisions my former managers were making, which seemed to just mainly create more paperwork... so being able to get around that sounds awesome 😎
