I'm getting annoyed at work

My boss is relying on me way too much and so are my coworkers. I've already told them that I plan on leaving the job in December, so maybe they should be relying on someone else or themselves more. It's exhausting and this always happens to me at jobs.

I've seen that and see that it happens to people who can't, for whatever reason, say no. No matter their load, they keep taking on, often without being asked, the workload of others. They are just overly responsible people and when the boss sees that, he piles the work on them because they know it will get done.

"No" is an important word.
