Crazy crazy team

My boss thinks I am not strict enough with my colleagues in work matters.. On the other hand, my colleagues complain all the time about the load of work, deadlines etc . It is like I can’t win with anyone.

My boss fights with my colleagues. They complain to me and he complains to me and everybody complains to me.. and then I am called to attend fights like it is some sort of show.. and are just caught up between them.


Crazy crazy team! All of them.
