@CountScrofula they starting put signs like that in hospitals, like don't abuse our stuff or u may go to jail. So if they even do that to medical personel now, then customer service people are hopeless.

@Dan193 It's not abuse though. People can say whatever they want. I'm honked and shouted at twice as much as most drivers because I follow the rules instead of driving like everyone else. I fucking hate and dread it every day. But no one's gonna do anything about it. People roll their eyes and ignore me when I talk about it.

@SinlessOnslaught If a colleague acted that way they'd get written up. People deserve to be treated with dignity at work.

@CountScrofula The difference is that the colleague is being paid while the customer is paying. I agree with you that people should be treated with dignity and respect. Unfortunately, not everyone does. We live in the jungle. People do what they want and not always can anything be done about it.
