I have never worked 9-5 and I never would.

Since I was 26 I’ve sold paintings, made sterling jewellery and sold that. I would never work a corporate office job, I find it ebbs away your soul. People get obsessed with climbing the corporate ladder and lose sight of what’s important and meaningful.

I'm sorry but this sounds like privilege. It's not just about climbing the corporate ladder. In fact, most of the time, people do it because they need to do it. Not everyone is talented or privileged enough to make a living as an artist

@sirenofthesea Yeah, I don't need to watch this, I've done the "live simply in a tiny cottage in the woods" thing. I live alone and hardly ever go out and I could still not afford it. For most of us, life is not as simple as you seem to think.

I'm guessing you don't support kids? It's easier to not sell your soul that way.

Id never put my child in childcare. But I’m not having kids. Id leave the child with my mum if I worked part time somewhere. I don’t think I’d ever need too tho. @MistyCee

I’ve worked white collar 9-5 jobs and I’ve had my own business that was more like 8 hours per week. Still got my soul and I’ve enjoyed every job I ever had
