Sometimes I feel like I have to apologize for how quiet I am at work

It’s so exhausting how people make you feel you have to act a certain way to accommodate their emotions and have them not feel weird or uncomfortable. Like, you can’t just be without people thinking everything is about them.

I was in my business being cool...

Then look what the heck they made me do....
