Supervisors!!

When employees come to you for letters of recommendation do you write heartfelt letters or do you hate them for wanting to leave??

I look at it as a win-win. Do whatever you can to promote your employee's success. And if you don't like them it's an opportunity for you to let them become someone else's problem. Or sure shows up on time, gets along well with others, never been sent to HR for sexual harassment... etc.
