I’m finally starting to see decent payouts from work

So I work commission selling home internet (+ TV and phone). Been at the job for about 2ish, almost 3 months. We only get paid the first Friday after 2 weeks after the customer’s install date, and sometimes customers pick installation dates that are far out, so we have to wait a while after making a sale to see the money. I’ve been getting a lot more consistent at making my sales quota every day and it’s finally starting to show on my paychecks. We get paid weekly, and my check yesterday was $830 after taxes! High key so relieved to finally be getting a decent payout, and I know as I get better at this job it’s only gonna go up! Maybe $800+ a week isn’t a huge amount but coming from working minimum wage at my last job it’s a huge step up for me

$830 is never something to look down on on a paycheck. I usually make around $750, but that’s from added overtime. Otherwise I’d only be making about $500 a week.. there’s just no other way to survive where I live on that.

@SW-User I really do like my job. I work a shit ton (60+ hours a week) but I’m learning a lot and have opportunity to grow so it feels worth it
