Is this what being numb feels like?

Trying to have a sense of humor in times like this, and I feel like the people who “think” have control over my life think I’m being cute or sarcastic and I end up being cut down. The people I work with don’t speak English that good so I can’t really bond with them and pass the time joking around or fool around. I can’t be on here 24/7 anymore either to goof off anymore cause I’m being timed at work for every room. And then when I come home I have responsiblez..no time to laugh.. all work and no play makes Miranda a dull girl!
