yeah I don't really see the point anymore

My parents always like to tell me how if I work extra hard in life I'll get places but that's not what I'm seeing at the workplace. Management is a bunch of pieces of shit. They don't care about anything. They don't even explain anything to you. Just get it done. So what I'm saying is there is no right or wrong way to do things. Therefore there is no reward for those of us who "work hard" like I'm at work everyday and I don't get no pat on the back or anything for it. So why should I work hard. Management doesn't even tell you if you're doing a good job or not. They don't give a shit. If you leave they will just hire someone else
