I feel so disappointed since yesterday at work.

When you knew that you are on the right side, the fair and reasonable side of a situation but then you are being unheard despite of many efforts of pleadings, reiterations.
It is indeed true that the one who speaks out about the truth, is also the one who hated the most and also being ignored most of the time.
I love my job, despite of too much pressure and stress, but sometimes I am thinking if this I deserve this kind of treatment.
Haha.. any suggestions part time jobs, I think I need one for extra income and also maybe a distraction.
I am not ready yet to give up the work that I have right now, but I am losing the motivation and faith if this will even get better.

About the almost an affair he's my co worker, but I am in a higher position, and to also update you I told him to not talk to me anymore unless it is work related, I started to draw boundaries by limiting the communication...

I have the same experience of speaking the truth, then being ignored, and sometimes, hated.
For me, it leaves me feeling lonely. When it happens at a job, I definitely have no motivation. I hope you can find something more fun.

It hurts and you have my empathy.

From my own personal experience I discovered that standing up for the truth only led to meeting better people working in better places.

I guess we have to get stung once and a while before we can enjoy the right environment

Keep your options open, apply elsewhere and when a new opportunity comes along give your present place of work notice

Then walk away knowing you held out with patience, intelligence and wisdom from the experience you’ve already gone through.
