My first boyfriend worked zero hours a day and zero days a week. That sucked. My second works all day 5 days a week, and often on the weekends too. It would not have been an issue if we spent quality time together

@Kobrassky he worked a lot and we barely saw eachother, which wasn't entirely because of his very busy work schedule but it didn't help

If it were temporary it be OK, but I personally would have a hard time spending so little quality time together.

No, I'd rather he bring in the money and not be home fighting [divorcing]. If we were a healthy relationship, yes it would be too much.

I fail to see why Reddit is relevant but I think personally 12 hours are fine since I enjoy my own space as well.
