I feel disrespected by my boss.

I have a new boss and she’s coming in making all kinds of unnecessary changes. I guess she wants to make sure we know she’s boss. Seriously she is changing things that don’t need to be changed ! She didn’t even tell us the change was happening. No respect at all.

All this will stop as soon as she runs into her first major problem in your organization...let her enjoy until such time 🙂

I had a new boss like that at my previous job. For the first 6 months, she picked my brain on everything and I thought she was going to be a great addition to the company. Then she started to nitpick how I did my job and changed things on a whim. She would change something and then when HER boss told her that things were messed up...she'd try to blame me, It was horrible! To be honest, she was in way over her head and she knew it too, but the top management really liked her and felt she had potential.

Yep it’s called a leader syndrome she has to show who’s in charge to show her status really she is scared
Having a good boss at work is just a blessing that sadly few people enjoy 😢
Sucks when you have a boss with such flaws. Keeping your head down eyes up and just get through it till you go home should only be advice for going to jail and not to your job!

New bosses always seem to feel a need to make changes. Like it justifies them getting the position.
