Is it illegal to hang out with your coworkers?

I mean, here, we have to keep it a secret because the management are always so paranoid that we will be gossiping about them and probably plotting shit against them so they take this shit seriously

@SW-User Occasionally’ companies have "non-fraternization" clauses but that generally can’t apply to platonic friendships. They’d be difficult to enforce either way.
