Maybe this person finds you interesting.
It's odd to me you find this weird.
Maybe they are being friendly because they like you

Some people are like that normally everywhere they go...

Perhaps you assisted the customer well or otherwise made an impression and they are returning the good feeling.

There's possibly a person that receives that same type of attention in most places the person goes!

They can't say "Hi, how are you?" to EVERYONE! Or they'd be there all day!"

Doesn't hurt to extend in return a sincere & simple
"I doing fine, and you?"
to them as long as they don't talk for an hour!

3 Years from now they might become important somehow in you life, Or Not 🤷🏻‍♂️!

Hmm, a customer being friendly. Strange. But to be honest at this one shop I go to, this woman always makes a huge deal when I show up and asks me how I am and tries to help me decide what to order, and convince me what to get. I find it very strange. Lol. Maybe she is just being friendly but I don’t like the extra attention. And even the people around her find it weird. Lol

@YoungPoet345 So you can see where I'm coming from then. It's weird being singled out.

@FutureIdol yes, definitely

Some of us really like people and its hard not to be too much, then we overdo it and the people we like run away...
FutureIdol · 31-35, M
@RebelFox I'm one of those types who aren't a people person. If someone overdoes it I get easily made uncomfortable or anxious.

Well, you might be making more out of it than it really is.

No. Some people are just like that.
