Just because I have a nametag on doesn't mean you get to use my name on me as a customer just saying. It creeps me out.

Bees like to come into our store because we use sugar based syrups and powders bees love. A bee was buzzing around the bar area while I was making drinks. A lady said watch that bee koudai and I got creeped out because I forgot I had a nametag on and I was like how do you know my name (internally of course).

I hate when customers use my name on me it's creepy and I don't like it. Until I get yelled at I'm not wearing my nametag.

Nametag were introduced so that customers would have no excuse for whistling or snapping their fingers to attract the attention of bar staff.

@FutureIdol that is entirely possible, perhaps that's also why medical staff wear masks so that despite the nametag they can't be positively identified.

@Tuscan Nowadays most places have employees wearing masks. I have to wear one at work also.
