Anybody else work in a school?

What do you do there?

School hasn't even been in session one month and these kids are already driving me crazy.

AND...

They tattle SO freaking much.
That's the part I can't stand.
Especially when it has nothing to do with them.

(I have been wanting to work with kids for years. I put on many applications and finally got my wish so now I'm like 😳. It's not the exact position I want so I'll be looking to move around in the company probably next year).

I wouldn't do that job for all the money in the world.

I know your million dollar pensions and 100k salaries with xmas, March break and summers off are so enticing but there is no way I would do it.

My sister is a teacher and she has literally cried non stop for the past 30 years and has insomnia because of it.

That's why I knew I could never be a teacher. Feel great because you've helped someone learn something? Yes. Feel great because you have to be around the little shits to do so? No.

@Stereoguy I haven't made a decision yet, I think I"ll try to stick it out until the rest of the school year. I typically don't quit a job sooner than one year, unless it's downright terrible. I'm gonna start looking into real estate
