The store manager tried to teach me a lesson in human rights...

It went something like this:

'Who have the money, have the rights. Store owner, he have the money, we work for him, he do whatever he like. If he say go home, I go home, because he own store, he own us.'

The context was my request for the glaring LED lights to be turned down or off as a health & safety issue because (as they all know) I have seizures and those lights are a serious trigger.

Employees with disabilities are supposed to have a few rights too.

He probably had the spiel loaded up all day and you were the unfortunate target. Yeah, you need to find a job that is less hazardous to your epilepsy as soon as you can.

@Jessmari Thanks. I too deal with photosensitive epilepsy and know how it goes.

@Jessmari I'm wearing 3 layers of sunglasses and a hat. The lenses are orange, yellow, and dark (SPF 56). The orange glasses make most difference without making it impossible to see. I tried 2 layers of dark glasses but couldn't see properly.
