What are the pitfalls of being considered sexy in the workplace?

Are you less inclined to take this person less seriously? Attribute his or her accomplishment to luck or privilege?

I think a pitfall would be that it's a distraction.. I wouldn't want people to notice me for that reason.. it distracts from how good I am at my job and from all that I do.
